knit-a-thon afghan

Thanks to all the knitters who came 

out for our annual Knit-a-thon on

Sat. April 14 and once again to Lilyon

for coordinating! We have over 10 knitters 

working on the squares for this year's 

afghan. Thanks to Margaret Oberg for

donating the beautiful colours from a 

project of her mom Marjorie's, and to

Cathy, Lilyon & Marion for providing

lunch.

Did you know that the library is a registered charity?  

We can issue receipts for any donations over $10.00.

We can also give donation receipts for new books (read once and donated with cash register receipt showing amount paid for the book).  

Donate online by going to ATBcares.com and print off your receipt immediately, or bring your donation into the library. Cash donations are matched by the province under the Community Spirit Grant Program.
